3. Products and Product Information

Lingauto provides product information including descriptions, images, prices, available sizes, colors, materials, dimensions, features, and inventory status on individual product pages.

Product colors and appearance can differ slightly from the images displayed on the website because screen settings, device displays, lighting, and photography affect how colors and details appear.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, sizing or dimension information, available options, materials, price, and other product details before placing an order.

Lingauto corrects identified errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other product information.

Product quantities and availability are based on current inventory.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Lingauto will contact the customer using the contact information associated with the order.

If the unavailable product cannot be fulfilled, the affected item will be canceled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Orders and Billing

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information, shipping information, and contact information.

Submitting an order authorizes Lingauto and the payment provider selected during checkout to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

The order total includes:

  • Product prices

  • Discounts applied to the order

  • Sales tax charged for the order

Lingauto provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for U.S. orders.

An order confirmation email confirms that Lingauto has received the order.

Lingauto will cancel an order before shipment when:

  • Payment authorization cannot be completed

  • The ordered product is unavailable

  • The transaction is confirmed as unauthorized or fraudulent

  • Required billing or shipping information cannot be verified

  • A material pricing or technical error prevents the order from being fulfilled correctly

  • Fulfillment of the order would violate applicable law

If Lingauto cancels an order after payment has been captured, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments for online orders must be completed through the secure checkout available on www.lingauto.com.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lingauto ships orders within the United States.

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Lingauto uses the following Standard Shipping timeframes:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days after an order is placed

Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Lingauto provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Carrier delays, severe weather, U.S. public holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, and transportation disruptions can affect delivery.

If Lingauto is unable to ship an order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify the customer by email and provide the option to agree to a revised shipping timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, contains missing or incorrect items, or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact hello@lingauto.com within 7 business days after delivery or the reported delivery date.

Shipping issues are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Lingauto provides a 30-day return period after delivery for eligible items.

The 30-day return period begins on the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, an item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include the original packaging and tags

  • Include proof of purchase or valid order information

For customer remorse returns, including ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lingauto does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to Lingauto within 7 business days after delivery.

When an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lingauto will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

If a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Lingauto will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Direct exchanges are not available for customer remorse returns.

After an eligible customer remorse return has been received and processed, the customer can place a new order for the preferred item.

Returned items are inspected after arrival at the designated return address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Customers must contact Lingauto before returning an item to receive return authorization instructions and the designated return address.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing information

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Providing a valid email address and contact information

  • Reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and sizing information before purchase

  • Reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment

Incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information can result in delayed delivery, failed delivery, or a returned shipment.

Customers must not misuse the website, checkout system, customer accounts, payment systems, or other Lingauto services.

Website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, page layouts, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Lingauto unless ownership is identified otherwise.
